The sessions I offer are weekly to allow for momentum and consistency. In some cases, such as when we're working toward closing therapy, we can discuss moving to fortnightly sessions.

Individuals

Sessions are 50 minutes

Open-Ended Individual Therapy - £45

Short-Term Individual Therapy (8 weeks) - £325

*Ideal for addressing one or two specific issues, such as setting boundaries or managing mild anxiety

Couples

Sessions are 75 minutes

Open-Ended Couples Therapy - £60

​Short-Term Couples Therapy - (8 weeks) - £425

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session. Cancellations without this notice will be charged at the full session rate.

*Sessions are offered at a low cost while I complete my TA training.

I will complete my training program in November 2026.

If you are already a client working with me while I qualify, I will honour what you pay, raising fee no more than £5 annually.
