Contracting
There are two types of contracts in therapy between the client and therapist. The first is the broader business agreement, which includes practical details like payment and cancellation policies, how sessions are structured, and general expectations. This contract is the same for all clients unless we agree to make specific changes. The second is a therapeutic contract, which is part of the work we do together in sessions. This focuses on what brings you to therapy, what changes you’d like to see or explore, and how you’ll know when you’ve achieved your goals. This agreement is not fixed and may take time to develop as we progress through the sessions, forming a shared understanding of our focus and approach.

Thereputic Contract
Click below to read more about the relevance of therapeutic contracting and how it can be helpful. You might arrive at the first session with a clear idea of your therapy contract, or it might take us a few weeks to pin it down; both are perfectly fine, and there’s no need to worry about this.
Cancelation Policy
I require 48 hours to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.
